In 2015, the Group of Companies began an active expansion into the European and Asian markets, and in 2018 signed a merger agreement with the Italian Safe Bag Group of companies, one of the leading companies providing luggage wrapping services in Western Europe and North America. This agreement has made us the undisputed world leader in the luggage wrapping industry.
In 2019, the Safe Bag company carried out a rebranding procedure and completely changed its name to TraWell Co.
The PACK&FLY-SafeBag Group is a public company and makes part of the TraWell Co holding, whose shares are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange London Stock Exchange and the American NASDAQ Stock Exchange.
